Attachment!

I recently started reading a book entitled "Mindful Loving" by Dr. Henry Grayson Ph.d and was trully enlightened by a quote he used:

Buddah teaches to let go of our suffering, we must 1st let go of all attachments, including our expectations and resentments of others that poison our relationships.

Can you imagine having relationships where you expect nothing in return.....where you give freely and whole heartedly...that's it?????? As Mastin Kipps says via @thedailylove on Twitter: You truly love someone when they don't give you what you expected in return and yet you still care for them. You may also say that true love always strentghens and never weakens, let it be a family member a friend or a romantic partner.  Chances are if you're crying over them, then it is not true love. However,

-Love is infinite and inexhaustable
-Love is the abscence of fear
-Love is the desire to only bring healing to any situation
-Love is kindness
-Love is grattitude
-Love is the desire and willingness to give and to serve
-Love is the basis of happiness

In the great words of the one and only, genius of all time,  Albert Einstein "LOVE IS THE ANSWER"...period, end of story :O))))

I felt inspired to write this blog because I've come to realize that there is no shortage of people in this world who need love, including you and I.  Love is the purpose of our existance, to feel it, give it, share it and receive it. So, from the bottom of my heart, I love you, whoever and wherever you are.

Peace, love and light Sasha
